How to make a reservation?

  1. Application form.
  2. Copies of Animal’s *vaccination record.
  3. Reservation fee.        
  4. Deflea treatment (Frontline or Revolution) before checking-in.                                        

*Basic vaccines need  for dog’s boarding are:Rabies, DHPPIL and Kennel Cough, Kennel Cough is not compulsory, if it arranged, must make sure it will be done at least 7 days before check in boarding.

*FVRCP vaccine for cat

 

 

 

Vaccinations required and External parasite treatment.

  • Dog: Rabies (for dog over than five months only) and DHPPiL are necessary, However, for the sake of dog’s health, Kennel Cough (Bordetella) and Pro-heart vaccines are encouraged. If you want to arrange Kennel Cough, it must not given within seven days prior to arrival kennel.
  • Cat: FVRCP is necessary, this is the most important vaccine for cats, it covers three common but preventable disease- Feline Parvovirus, Feline Rhinotracheitis and Feline Calicivirus.
  • In order to upkeep the standard of hygiene, and to minimize the chance of infestation of parasites. Please note that it is compulsory for all boarder pets to be treated for prevention for parasites. Such as flea and tick treatment.

May I send with my pet's own food?

  • Your animal will be fed a high quality, nutritionally balanced dry food once daily during their stay (unless puppy or owner advice states multiple feeds are required).
  • If your animal has a special dietary requirement you must send with the food.

Daily check-in/out, visiting hours.

  • Other than 25&26 December, 1 January, The first two days of Chinese New Year, you’re welcome to visit your animal during our office hours 10:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00.

What circumstances may fail to make appointment?

  • Kennel will not take if animal(s) is suffering from contagions diseases, separation anxiety, has the trends of attack people. 
  • Owner MUST inform the kennel if animal(s) have special problem. 

How to do if my pet become sick in boarding period?

  • While the care taking staff will do regular daily checks on every cat and dogs in our care to ensure their well being, kennel does not have a resident veterinarian.
  • If your pet shows signs of illness or distress, (in the form of not toileting, excessive licking, urinating, any lesions or bleeding etc) you will be contacted immediately, If we cannot contact you, the welfare of your animal will remain the priority and in emergency circumstances veterinary care will be obtained without delay. You will incur the additional costs of treatment.
  • Veterinary fees are not included in your boarding fees. If a veterinarian attends and/or treats your animal we’ll invoice you separately. You are responsible for the payment of all costs associated with attendances and treatment by veterinarian.

Animals with medical conditions?

  • To help us care for your animal, you must inform the kennel of your animal’s medical conditions, we do not encourage to send a sick animals to kennel. owner should consider your animal's condition before sending the application.
  • If your animal has any medical requirements, please ensure you notify the kennel of this when making your booking.
